I'm 53 and I got a device that tracks my "steps". I went on line and found that about 6.5k a day is recommended until I'm 65 (not the nice and round 10K). Cori's record is 24K.

I injured my knee, and kept off it for quite a while hoping it would just heal itself. I finally began running during the Quarantine and after a handful of days the knee went back to hurting.

My doctor friend sent me a picture of knee cancer, perhaps to get me to follow through with the doctor.

I put it on yesterday after I got it, and I did 2K, dancing around a lot with my daughter.
